About Yogyaahar

The right food for the right body.

Yogyaahar is Dt. Trishala Goswami’s clinical nutrition practice. Every program draws from modern lab science, Ayurveda, and India’s deep food tradition — and every plan is held to clinical standards.

The name

What Yogyaahar means.

योग्य आहार

yogya āhāra

Yogya(योग्य) the right, the suitable, what fits.

Aahar(आहार) food, nourishment, what we take in.

The right food for the right body.

Two people can eat the same meal and have opposite outcomes. The body that fits the food — that’s the question every Yogyaahar protocol begins with.

The protocol

Modern technology, Ayurveda, and ancient science.

Three streams converge in every Yogyaahar plan. Modern data tells us what your body is doing. Ayurveda tells us who your body is. Ancient Indian food science tells us how to act on it — with food you actually eat.

01

Modern Technology

Lab-grade precision.

Nutrigenomics (DNA-based dietary insights), continuous glucose monitoring, lipid and hormone panels — every plan is anchored in measurable, individual data.

  • DNA / nutrigenomic reports
  • CGM (continuous glucose monitor)
  • Hormonal + metabolic labs
02

Ayurveda

Constitution-aware care.

Ayurvedic dosha mapping (Vata · Pitta · Kapha) refines every plan to the body it’s built for — heating vs cooling foods, food combining, timing, and digestive fire (agni).

  • Dosha assessment
  • Heating / cooling food framing
  • Meal timing and ritual
03

Ancient Science

Food-as-medicine, refined for today.

India’s oldest food traditions — fermentation, soaking, sprouting, seasonal eating, ghee as medicine — rebuilt around modern macronutrient and microbiome research.

  • Seasonal Indian thali frameworks
  • Fermentation + soaking protocols
  • Traditional fats (ghee, A2)
The story

Why Yogyaahar exists.

The same pattern, in clinic after clinic — people doing all the “right” things and getting nowhere.

The keto diet that wrecked the thyroid. The intermittent fasting that spiked cortisol. The Instagram detox that flared the gut.

Nutrition is not a set of rules. It’s an investigation — into your metabolism, your microbiome, your hormones, your genes, your kitchen, your stress, your sleep. The answer is almost never the same for two people.

Yogyaahar exists to honour that. Our work is clinical, personalized, and built to last. We use labs. We use DNA. We use your food memory. We use your real schedule. And we build a plan you can actually stay on — at home, at restaurants, at weddings, on holiday.

Real food. Real science. Real results.

How we work

Four principles that shape every plan.

01

Science before opinion.

Every recommendation is backed by peer-reviewed evidence and current clinical practice.

02

Indian, not imported.

Plans built around dal, roti, sabzi, ghee — your kitchen, not a Mediterranean one.

03

Sustainable, not extreme.

If you can't do it for 5 years, we don't ask for 5 weeks.

04

Individual, not template.

Two people never get the same plan. Your body, your data, your protocol.
