Common questions
Can type 2 diabetes really be reversed?
For many people, especially within 5 years of diagnosis, type 2 diabetes can go into remission with sustained nutrition and lifestyle changes. Results vary; we set realistic targets based on your labs.
Will I need to stop eating fruit?
No. We adjust which fruits, when, and with what. Most clients eat fruit daily.
Is this safe alongside my medication?
Yes - we coordinate with your prescribing physician and adjust nutrition gradually so blood sugar doesn't drop dangerously.
