1. Acceptance
By using https://www.yogyaahar.com or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Services
Yogyaahar provides clinical nutrition consultations and personalized nutrition programs. We are not a substitute for medical care. We coordinate with your physician where appropriate, and you should always continue prescribed medical treatment unless explicitly directed otherwise by your doctor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to book consultations on your own behalf. Clients aged 12–17 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Program fees are stated at time of booking. We may offer installment plans on programs of 12+ weeks at no additional charge.
5. Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of your first consultation, no questions asked. Beyond that window, refunds are pro-rated based on time elapsed in the program. DNA tests, supplements, and third-party services are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Reschedule any consultation up to 4 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late reschedules may forfeit the slot.
7. Confidentiality
Everything you share is confidential. We never share client names, photos, labs, or stories without explicit written consent.
8. Disclaimer
Results vary. Nutrition outcomes depend on consistency, individual physiology, and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Always consult your physician before changing medications or starting new supplements.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, plans, frameworks — is the property of Yogyaahar. Personal program materials are licensed to you for personal use only.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
